On Jan. 10, the Lodi Elks Lodge No. 1900 held its annual crab feed to benefit the major project, which helps children with disabilities. This was a successful event thanks to John Rochon, Leading Knight and chairman of this event.
Everyone had a great time while enjoying a good meal. With the help of many volunteers and businesses and member donations of raffle gifts, the Lodge was able to raise $1,040 for this worthwhile cause.
Boy Scout Troop No. 199 and Venture Troop No. 199 served over 100 people at this event. With the tips they received, the Scout and Venture troop planned to pay for their outings and some equipment for those outings.
