Details for San Joaquin County has complet

San Joaquin County has completed a Draft Environmental Assessment in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and FAA Orders 1050.1F and 5050.4B. The County plans to implement the Cargo Apron and Facilities Project (Proposed Action) at the Stockton Metropolitan Airport. The Proposed Action includes:

€ A 250,000 square-foot cargo apron expansion.

€ Two 190,000 square-foot cargo sorting facilities.

€ Two 200,000 square-foot truck staging,

circulation, and loading areas.

€ A 25,000 square-foot employee parking lot.

€ A 30,000 square-foot access roadway extension.

€ Airfield pavement removal.

€ Two 1,300 linear-foot bioswales.

€ Two 100,000-square-foot dry detention basins.

The County is conducting a Public Workshop and Public Hearing on December 11, 2019, 4:00-7:00 pm, at Office of Agricultural Commissioner, 2101 E. Earhart Ave, Stockton, CA 95206. The draft EA has been made available for review at the Maya Angelou Branch Library at 2324 Pock Ln, Stockton, CA 95205.
