With the combination of a crispy-chewy shell and luscious filling, French macarons are the ultimate sweet treat. Jill will lend her foolproof tips for mastering the essential macaron recipe as well as share a plethora of filling combinations. Class includes piping techniques for making macaron shells as well as filling macarons with four fillings: strawberry, chocolate, dulce de leche and pistachio buttercream. Each student will go home with macarons to sample and share.
