Downtown Lodi usually isn’t a crowded place on Sundays. Aside
from the movie theater and restaurants, business owners often take

Lined by the Mokelumne River and surrounded by vineyards and
quite country roads, Lodi is a haven for kayakers, cyclists,
runners and wanderers alike.
On a sunny summer day, there is no better way to see the town
than by pedaling by wineries or spending the day at Lodi Lake,
which is considered Lodi’s crown jewel and is located right in
town. From outdoor enthusiasts to families looking for a vacation
adventure, there is something for everyone, including recreational
activities or organized events.

kayakers glide through the tranquil waters of the Mokelumne River.
Runners and walkers come out in droves at Lodi Lake to find escape
in the evening's cool relief.
