The Lodi-Tokay Rotary Club will be repainting a picnic shelter
at Lodi Lake over the next few weeks. The shelter is located
northeast of the boat ramp. Club members did preparation work on
April 19.

Waiting for a light to turn green, I was stopped behind a Lodi
PD motor patrolman. The bike's license frame said, "Smile, I could
be behind you."

On April 2, I read the article written by Marty Weybret explaining the delay in receiving the Saturday paper. First, I want to thank Mr. Weybret for taking the time to explain what happened and apologize to his readers for the inconvenience. It was very thoughtful to tell your customers what happened and acknowledge your staff and carriers for their extra help.

The greatest find of the day was these four Lodi News-Sentinel pint glasses with famous headlines. Obviously, they are priceless. Publisher Marty Weybret explained that the newspaper created these glasses in the late 1980s as Christmas gifts for its employees. There were four different options, so the couple had the complete set.
