last week’s come-from-behind, 33-32, win over previously unbeaten

It is rivalry week at Erv Hatzenbuhler Field as Galt hosts
Liberty Ranch in the second-ever varsity football game between the
two neighboring high schools.
The Warriors whipped the Hawks, 50-14, in last season’s
inaugural game and Liberty Ranch is eagerly awaiting the rematch —
but not for the reasons one might think.
According to Hawks head coach Anthony Linebaugh, revenge is not
a motivator in tonight’s game, as his team has its sights set on
bigger things ahead after coming off a bye week.
