When Nick and Shelly Guantone lived in Clements, having a pizza delivered was not a common occurrence. Nick Guantone began cooking it on a barbecue and many began telling the two to open up a restaurant. The couple later acquired a wood-fired oven, and today they own and operate Guantonio's Wood Fired pizza.

My instructions for this week weren’t very specific — I was
simply assigned to write up something “food-related” to stay with
the theme of this week’s Lodi Living. And when I’m not given
ironclad instructions, I tend to take advantage of the situation
and use it as an excuse to get a little weird. So, I present to you
a painstakingly assembled hodgepodge of awesome food-related things
in movies, in no order and adhering to absolutely no rules or
guidelines. Bon appetit?

upscale Hollywood shopping in the middle of San Jose. Santana Row
has all the big stores: BCBGMAXAZRIA, Burberry, Diesel, Gucci,
H&M, Salvatore Ferragamo, Anthropologie and more. They are the
stores that most of us can't afford, but still fun to walk through
because you hear young groups of friends say things like, "$400 for
a pair of jeans — seriously?"
