FONTANA, Calif. (AP) — Three men have been arrested for investigation of stealing fuel from a Southern California gas station after an off-duty police officer grew suspicious of their activities.

Campuses within Lodi Unified School District are filled with computers and technology, but they are underused, teachers and district trustees said on Tuesday.

U.S. Marine Pvt. Waleed M. Khalid recently graduated from basic training at MCRD San Diego. Khalid completed an intensive 13- week program that included training in the Marine Corps core values, military discipline and intense physical training. Basic rifle shooting and survival skills were taught. Khalid also studied map reading, military justice system and martial arts training. He is a 2011 graduate of Lodi High School and is the son of Muhammad and Robina Khalid, of Lodi.

Between the hours of 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday, the Lodi Police Department received 430 calls for service. Below is a sample of those calls.
