Katie Rice scored 12 points and Nicole Hoffmann added 11 to lead the Lodi High frosh-soph girls basketball team to a 47-28 victory over visiting Tracy on Thursday night.

Jill DeWitt had nine points and three assists to lead Lodi Academy's varsity girls basketball team to a 40-26 victory over visiting Millennium on Thursday night.

A Mass for Michael Wayne Crow, 47, of Lodi, who died March 19, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 215 W. Walnut St., Lodi. Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Lodi Funeral Home, 725 S. Fairmont Ave., Lodi. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Committal will be at Cherokee Memorial Park.

The Lodi High School Class of 2012 spent their graduation ceremony fighting against gale force winds that threatened to tear away everything that wasn't held down.

From June 11 through 18 Tokay FFA members attended the 2011 San Joaquin Fair. Tokay FFA members increased their involvement at the San Joaquin Fair this year with a variety of projects exhibited, including market swine, breeding heifers, market and breeding rabbits and market turkeys as part of their Supervised Agricultural Experience.
