President Barack Obama has announced that the world's most
wanted terrorist, al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden, was killed by
U.S. forces on Sunday at a compound deep inside Pakistan.

need to return to public service. In a region of Pakistan, the
mastermind of that crime and the leader of the Al Qaeda terrorist

A federal appeals court on Wednesday upheld the conviction of a Lodi man who was sentenced to 24 years in prison for attending an al-Qaida terrorist training camp and plotting against targets in the United States.

The media circus came to town Wednesday as dozens of reporters
from near and far flocked to Lodi following the arrests of two
local men for their alleged links to the al-Qaida terrorist
network. Reporters from USA Today, New York Times, San Jose Mercury
News and San Francisco Chronicle newspapers prowled the Lodi on
Wednesday looking for sources, and news vans from various stations
including FOX, CBS and ABC were parked on both sides of Acacia
Street and Poplar Street.
