The best baits have been powerbait and there are several flavors
that are getting the job done. Yellow garlic, rainbow garlic and
plain garlic are the three top flavors at this time. Use a 3- to
4-foot leader and fish with a sliding sinker and your success rate
will be very good. One other bait that is very successful is
Berkley trout worms, moving them along the bottom very slow.
