Local rivers turning out the sturgeon

In the Rio Vista area, sturgeons are being taken trolling from above Rio Vista Bridge, the Old Dairy and some fish off the west bank. For the trollers, bait fishing at Decker and down to Sherman Island use shad or sardines. Most fish run 6 to 9 pounds. Also, sturgeon are coming down to the Moth Ball Fleet.
