Elliot 20, Brookside 10 Softball: Eagles use two big innings to beat Knights

The Elliot Eagles varsity softball team scored 10 runs in the first inning and then put the game away with seven runs in the fifth inning in a 20-10 win over the visiting Brookside Knights.

Bradi Kooyman went 2-for-2 with a double and four RBIs and also scored three times for the Eagles. Shelby Croft had two hits, including a double, three RBIs and three runs scored and Reina Humphrey had two hits, two RBIs and scored three times.
