A year ago, Joey Armstrong was MIA. Now, at the end of his high school career, he's an MVP — again.

The Lodi Flames varsity baseball team saw 11 players earn all-league recognition, headlined by the Flames' senior shortstop, who shared the San Joaquin Athletic Association's Most Valuable Player award with Tracy's John Jaeger.
