Galt's 'Machine Gun' took a while to get going, but once it did ... good luck. Given that nickname by coach Rue Rodriguez, the Warriors' star trio of Javi Munoz, Alejandro Renteria and Issac Martinez overcame a slow start to key Thursday's 4-2 road victory over the Placer Hillmen in the first round of the Sac-Joaquin Section Division IV playoffs.

The postseason win was Galt's first in boys soccer since 2010.
