‘Pumpkin meet’ cramped for space

The Lodi City Swim Club hosted its annual "Pumpkin Meet" last weekend.

The swimming competition gets its name from the pumpkins that are handed out to the winners of each race instead of medals or ribbons. The meet this year was held at the six-lane Lodi High School pool instead of Tokay High School's more spacious eight-lane facility.
