The Tokay Tigers’ upset Tuesday of the St. Mary’s Rams means a bit of hope remains for a league softball championship. The Tigers took on the Tri-City Athletic League leader in the Rams and stunned them 4-3 at Arnaiz Stadium.

In the bottom of the sixth inning, Jenna Schneider broke for home plate on a ground ball and appeared out. However, St. Mary’s catcher was called for blocking the plate and Schneider scored.
