Tokay continues league dominance with fifth straight wrestling title

Ben Corsaro, Tokay High's 171-pound ace, kneeled on the wrestling mat and shook his head slowly, looking at his mom, Evette Beckwith, perched nervously on the mat's edge and fidgeting with her video camera.

Corsaro smiled at her, and knew his task: Overcome a 7-1 semifinal lead by Lodi's Will Velasquez in the final two periods, and set the tone for the Tokay heavyweights' anticipated run through the semifinal brackets to advance to the championship finals.
