Tokay unable to overcome offensive miscues in shutout

STOCKTON - Tokay High coach Jeff Tracy knew if his Tigers were going to upset three-time defending San Joaquin Athletic Association champion Lincoln on Friday night that his team would have to keep mistakes and turnovers to a minimum.

But, a costly interception that bounced off running back C.J. Lynch's hands and an intentional grounding penalty on quarterback David Cooper were too much for Tokay to overcome in a 42-0 loss to the Trojans.
