Lodi Flames top West Wolf Pack in an overtime soccer thriller

After 80 minutes of nail-biting, back-and-forth action, the score remained the same as when the game started — tied at zero. Even after another 20 minutes of overtime, neither Lodi High or West were able to score a goal in their second-round Sac-Joaquin Section Division I boys soccer playoff match.

So it came down to penalty kicks, where the Flames scored four and held the Wolf Pack to three for a thrilling victory on Thursday in Tracy that sent the Flames onto the quarterfinals.
