Needing a win against Sonora to keep its playoff hopes alive, the Tokay High boys water polo team turned to its defense and goalkeeper Sam Walker.

Walker had 19 saves and the Tigers held the Wildcats to two goals in the second half in an 8-5 victory on Wednesday afternoon at the Tokay pool.
