Familiar stars, new faces lead Lodi’s honorees

Nate Devine nabs San Joaquin Athletic Association Overall MVP award as nine Flames players garner all-league recognition

The Lodi Flames’ accomplished season in varsity boys soccer, which included a San Joaquin Athletic Association co-championship and a first-round playoff win, was no cake-walk.

With the team hampered by injuries, the Flames’ 2012 success was a testament not just to their star power, but to their depth as well.
