Here they go again. For the second straight year, the San Joaquin Athletic Association’s regular season title will be up for grabs when Lodi and Lincoln each bring 3-0 league records to Stockton on Friday.

“They’re undefeated in our eyes, so it’s gonna be a great football game,” Trojans coach Brian Gray said. “We are very motivated. Last year’s game was very good. I’m sure they have a lot of motivation on their end and we have a good amount on our end to try and duplicate last year’s results.”

"Lodi has lost its three biggest playmakers from last year’s breakthrough 9-4 squad. Tailback Jordan Perkins is carrying the rock for Northwestern..."

Ed, did you research that statement or just threw it in to make the paragraph sound good? Perkins has not touched the ball at Northwestern. No statistics at all. I've heard at LHS games that he is being redshirted by the Wildcats, but I'd think Coach Dillon could have answered that question for you. Or maybe a phone call to his parents? A call or email to the SID at Northwestern?

I found this link in about 10 seconds: http://www.nusports.com/sports/m-footbl/stats/2011-2012/teamcume.html#TEAM.IND
