Elizabeth Boron-Trotter delivered the Lodi Extreme into bracket play and kept hopes of a national championship alive.

Trotter scattered nine hits in a complete-game effort and finished with four strikeouts as the Extreme assured a spot in bracket play with a 2-0 victory over Lancaster, N.H., the New England Regional champion, on Tuesday at the Babe Ruth 16-and-under World Series in Lamar, Colo.
