Keeping the season turnaround going and fighting for an improbable playoff spot will be the Lodi Flames’ mission heading into today’s 7:15 p.m. varsity football clash with the Bear Creek Bruins in Stockton.

But the Flames will have to do it without several starters out for the contest, including wide receiver Tim Sanguinetti, running back Anthony Jory and tight end Matt Meehleis. Running back Chance Trammell, originally thought to be lost for the season with an injured shoulder, will try to suit up and give it a go.
