Thanks to the Sac-Joaquin Section's new playoff format, Tokay Tigers varsity volleyball coach Pam Buzo doesn't have to sweat it out as a bubble team with the postseason approaching.

With power ratings no longer used to determine who's in and who's out, the Tigers are currently in second place in the Tri-City Athletic League with only one match remaining. With the new format, the top three will advance from the six-team league. Also, any team with a .500 or better record also moves on.
