Chavez spotted Lodi a 35-point lead before scoring on a disputed kickoff "fumblerooski" to end the first half. After that, things got interesting, as the Titans outscored the Flames 22-7 in the second half.

Rob Gyzl rumbled for three touchdowns and Steven Kassner added two scores as Lodi used 300 team rushing yards through the first three quarters to subdue pesky Chavez, 42-29, Friday night at Titan stadium in San Joaquin Athletic Association action.
