When the Lodi Flames varsity boys soccer team drew a potential go-ahead penalty kick against the St. Mary’s Rams on Friday, the players picked the pressure-filed role amongst themselves. Star striker Nate Devine had already scored, and so had midfield leader Christian Ochoa.
It was Heriberto “Beto” Trevino’s turn.
