Fisheries biologist will be guest speaker at Delta Fly Fishers meeting

Don Ratcliff, a fisheries biologist with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, will be the guest speaker when the Delta Fly Fishers hold their January meeting next Wednesday.

Ratcliff will speak on the factors limiting salmon and steelhead production in the Central Valley river systems. Ratcliff has over 10 years of experience as a fisheries biologist and aquatic ecologist with federal agencies.
