After five years, the Lodi Cyclefest is no longer simply for cyclists.

Event organizer Damian Gonzalez has been discussing adding a foot race for some time with friend Tony Vice, the owner of Fleet Feet in Stockton and running-race organizer. This year, the two worked everything out and a 5K run will kick off the Cyclefest on July 13 at 7:15 a.m. Following will be 12 bicycle races in various age and expertise divisions at 8:25 throughout downtown Lodi.
