Families from around Lodi composed 12 teams that competed in mock Olympic events at Katzakian Park on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012. The team names were based on the last names of the families and represented their “country”: Netherlunds, Adamazon, Willhannigland Isles, Goreece, Jackstonia and Rabakistan.

Wally ball. A foam noodle starting line. A hurdles race where the obstacles are members of the team. These games sound like they take place in an elementary school gym class. But on Saturday, six Woodbridge families went head to head in the Lolympics.
It's a celebration of the Olympic Games started by local families who love sports and playing together.
