Emily Buhrkuhl is a suffocating pitcher. The Elliot Christian ace hurled seven no-hitters, one perfect game and put up a 0.22 ERA in leading the Eagles to their sixth straight Sac-Joaquin Section championship last season.

While she is physically gifted with a strong 5-foot-10 frame, the senior’s work ethic has developed her into a top pitcher. She plays year-round, has a pitching coach and is always trying to improve.
