Elliot Christian's soccer team rallied from two deficits but couldn't do it three times as the Eagles fell to the Tioga Timberwolves 3-2 in the Sac-Joaquin Section Division VII boys championship Saturday at Alex G. Spanos Stadium.

Colin Campbell scored all three goals for Tioga, two in the second half, to lift his squad to its school's first ever section championship. It was Campbell's ninth hat trick of the season. He also got one in the Timberwolves' upset win Thursday at Millennium in Tracy. Tioga had reached the championship match three of the past four years and finally claimed the crown.
