New Sac-Joaquin Section Commissioner Mike Garrison takes on ‘dream job’

Last January, Sac-Joaquin Section Commissioner Pete Saco announced he was retiring after 21 years. Four months later, the section approved the hiring of Mike Garrison as his replacement effective Aug. 1. However, Saco plans to stay on for a time to aid the transition.
