Even the cats got Christmas gifts that year

On Christmas day, I was the first one to wake up. I ran to the living room, and there were so many beautiful, colorful presents. The wrapping paper had stripes, flowers, and red polka dots. The other wrapping paper Santa gave us, and it was special wrapping paper. It will remind me of Santa.

I went to my mom and dad's room and hopped up and down on the bed and yelled, "Get up! Get up! It's Christmas! It's Christmas!" So we all got out of bed and started to open presents. One by one we got to see what everyone got. Even my cats had presents too! We all got presents and I wish that Christmas was every day.
