Who is Santa Claus?

One night I was lying in bed waiting for my mom to come read me a bedtime story. Finally, she came and sat down by me and right when she started to read, we heard bells on the roof. "That is Santa Claus!" my mom said.

"Who is Santa Claus?" I asked.

She said, "You will find out soon."

When I woke up, I remembered it was Christmas Eve. I wrote a letter to Santa Claus asking who he was. That afternoon, I got a letter back that said to come outside. I walked outside and I saw a man on a sleigh.

Then he said, "I'm Santa Claus."

I went up to him, and he asked me what I wanted for Christmas.

I answered, "I already got it."

"What did you get?" asked Santa.

I said, "I got to figure out who you are."
