On the morning of Sept. 15, something took place that rarely happens in Lodi, according to Cliff Shirk, an elder at Beth Hallel Messianic Fellowship.
Twin sisters Angelica and Genisis Estrada, 12, had their bat mitzvah that day at Vinewood Community Church, which the fellowship uses for its Saturday services.
