Lodi residents mark Good Friday

Underneath the pale light coming in through tall stained glass windows and before a wooden cross draped with thorns and a black cloth, church-goers lowered their heads in prayer. A Good Friday church service at the First United Methodist Church brought more than 150 area residents from a number of different denominations to join in prayer and hear about the importance of the day in the Christian faith. A memorial to remember

They cite limited seating, costs and unpredictable weather at the Grape Bowl.
