A quick update as of Nov. 2, for the Lodi area market shows 252 homes currently listed for sale (all categories) — 112 (44 percent) of which are Short Sales — 27 (11 percent) have been defined as REO by the listing agent (this number is likely low due to the fact that some agents have not marked these listings as REO).
