Every 15 Minutes

Lodi-area emergency agencies and Tokay High School presented Every 15 Minutes at the school Wednesday. The program, which features a mock accident involving a drunken driver, is designed to raise awareness among students about the dangers of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
