“No. I think that some things just happen. It is unfortunate, but neighbors should still look out for each other.” “Yes. I think that if you’re on Neighborhood Watch, you shouldn’t necessarily carry a gun.” “No. We had a Neighborhood Watch that was beneficial. One bad person doesn’t ruin it for everyone.” “No. I think Neighborhood Watch is important.
