Letter: Evolution should not be taught as fact

Robert Jastrow, astronomer and professor of earth sciences (1981-1992) and chairman of NASA’s space program, was asked what he believed about creation. He stated, “Astronomers now find they have painted themselves into a corner because they have proven, by their own methods, that the world began abruptly in an act of creation to which they can trace the seeds of every star, every planet, every living thing in this cosmos and on earth.”

Jastrow was not alone in his belief about the origin of life. Other leading scientists also expressed their views on creation, and physicist Emerson Cooper stated, “The most established law in science, the second law of thermodynamics, refutes evolution.”

Then you have the testimonies of scientists regarding Darwin’s theory which goes to prove what Jastrow had said about creation.

Physicist H.S. Lipson, realizing the odds against a spontaneous origin for life said, “The only acceptable explanation is creation. I know that this is anathema to physicists, as indeed it is to me, but we must not reject a theory (creation) that we do not like if the experimental evidence supports it, evolution became in a sense a scientific religion” (“A Physicist Looks at Evolution,” by H.S. Lipson, 1980 vol. 31, p.138).

Zoologist Albert Fleischmann of the University of Erlanngen declared, “The Darwinian Theory of descent has not a single fact to confirm in the realm of nature. It is not the result of scientific research, but purely the product of imagination.”

Louis Bounoure, director of the Strasbourg Zoological Museum, and later director of research at the French National Center of Scientific Research, stated in 1984, “Evolutionism is a fairy tale for grown-ups. This theory has helped nothing in the process of science, it is useless.”

The list goes on and on, but you begin to see that what once was taught as “fact” is anything but fact. Today’s high school textbooks still teach evolution as fact. Why? They were all written by evolutionists!

    The universe is here.

    Matter can not create itself.

Something else (non-material in nature) must have made it.

    See how easy it is.

If you had to pick, what would be your choise, evolution, or that bed time story small children are tought, like Adam and Eve. Speaking of Adam and Eve, what happened after that apple affair and those two love birds were asked to leave the Garden of Eden, one son killing the other might have something to do with it. Who named them Adam and Eve, what time in history did this take place. Come on its a fairy tail, get used to it. If God did the right thing, he would have called off this failed experment and left the planet to the animals. Last but not least, why is the ocean salt and the Great Lakes fresh water. Simple question???? never the less no answers, which leads me to believe the less you know the less you will have to worry about. The Bible states the earth is 6,000 years old, lets see the first cave man is said to be a million or more years old, go figure and come up with an answer, if you can. Why bother, you can`t.

By teaching only evolution, the religion of Atheism has been taught in schools for decades. However, Creationism is also false, and does not represent the Genesis text.

The only correct opposing view to evolution, is the "Observations of Moses".

There are also "scientists" who believe the Earth is hollow. Some who believe we are alien hybrids. And some who believe there is a giant, invisible planet hurling towards us.

Point being in every large population you will always find those who look at reality and see it in a completely different way than SCIENCE and HISTORY shows.
