By what name do we call attention to the kind of disease that prompts a board of directors to award a 74 percent increase in salary to a CEO who earned a $13 billion fine for their company’s noncompliance with the law?

Seriously! There must be a name for it! Greed alone is inadequate. Disassociation is also. What on Earth do we call it?

A better question might be; what do we call a society that allows it to happen? And before the right or the left chime-in with their politically-motivated BS lets establish right here and now that this has been happening during administrations that I can remember dating back to the late sixties.

We have the power to vote with our money as well as ballots.

Since we're talking JP Morgan here and the bank bailouts come to mind, I'd say ...
the "iron triangle" would be appropriate.
