Those in political power don’t want fuel and power to be affordable. But the knowledge to run vehicles on sea or fresh water engine generators has existed since World War II. A German submarine ran on sea water.

They speak of alternate fuels and wind power. Motor companies speak of fuel cells and selling hydrogen. And many know about vehicles running here in the United States on water. Kits are being sold on the Internet. You can find plans about HHO on the Internet.

How are those in political power and the oil and electric companies going to stop this? Tax laws. Socialism cannot permit this.

Technology also exists for human electric hybrid cars. You can charge the car at home OR with your legs pedaling like a cycle. Without a charging break, the current "Twike" cars can go 310 miles a hwy speeds.
