Children are the products of our environment; nurture them well
Each seed is planted with intentions of a healthy prosperous crop; to feed all families with the richness of nutrition to keep us strong throughout our daily works.
Unfortunately, we lose sight of maintaining the seeds of life so they can grow. We forget to water, talk to them and pull the weeds as they start to overtake our precious nutritional crops, destroying the very food that feeds us all. We let the weeds overgrow the good fruit, destroying all seeds we would plant in the future, no longer allowing us to plant what we need to survive.
The same goes for our children. We become so busy with what we are doing that we forget to talk, nurture and maintain the goodness of what our children were meant to be.
It starts in the very beginning of life. We allow all the worldly things to get in the way, keeping us from the basics of raising our children in the ways intended — good morals and values. Most of all we forget to pray over our children and ourselves to keep in sight what is important.
"Environmental future" is when our children are unable to regain what we didn't give during our teachings, causing our children to be the "products of our environment" we created. Some are unable to learn from prior experiences. Saving future generations from "our future" depends on what we've learned in our past, and knowing how to apply it in our future children.
Keeping God as the head of your household will keep a steady supply of what's needed to keep our children safe and free of evil lurking around every corner, every sidewalk and even in every want-to-be family of violence, causing our own self destruction; all ending in an inability to return to the healthy environment that should have been.
So I ask that all remember to educate and take time to talk, hold, love and encourage our children to grow. This will create the best possible outcome for our children — products of the environment only we create.
