My mom and I were recently shopping in J.C. Penney here in Lodi, when my mom got very ill and wanted to lay down or sit in a chair. I couldn’t find either, so I layed her down on the floor, back in the pajama department.
I asked one of the clerks if she could get me some water, and she did and was so nice. My mom layed there for quite a while, and then the manager came and asked us if we needed medical help, and we said no. So he stayed right there with us until my mom was able to get up. He then went and got her a wheelchair and wheeled her out to my car himself and said he hoped everything worked out okay!
He was a very helpful and caring man. J.C. Penny’s should be very proud to have such a nice manager.
