I would like to take this time to thank the Galt Fire and Cosumnes Rescue squad. I had the opportunity to see these fine men and women in action.

Early afternoon on March 26, my neighbor Loren went into cardiac arrest. A neighbor started CPR, 911 was called and their response was totally wonderful. The fire department arrived within minutes and took over CPR; within moments my neighbor was in route to Lodi Memorial.

I feel we as people need to focus on the good with our Fire and Rescue. I truly hope they are around if I or someone needs help. Great thanks.

Rev. Dr. Paul A. Minns

    Dear Rev.Dr. Minns,

Thank you so much for your kind words. And many thanks to the neighbor that started CPR. This can make the difference between life or death in those few minutes before we get there. We encourage everyone in the community to take a CPR class. We wish your neighbor the best with their medical situation.

    Have a safe day,
