I want to let everyone know that someone is calling very old ladies like me and telling them that they found errors on my computer and must fix it.

I asked him "which computer" and he kept talking. I told him there is more than one computer in the house and I want to know which one. He kept talking.

He told me that he found 2,000 error messages on the computer. Since he would not identify which computer and kept talking over my questions, I, being the nasty old lady that I am, told him to "shut up." Then, I told him that he was a scam and hung up on him. It sounded like a boiler room in the background.

If I had believed him, or had not been thinking about it, I could have turned on my computer and he could have easily gotten my passwords and personal information. It pays to be a little suspicious.
