I think just about everyone has had the government rain on their parade at one time or another. But the recent signing of numerous pieces of anti-gun and anti-hunting legislation by the governor has really got to me.

When is the utopian-sucking left going to come out and just say they want to control us and take our guns and ammo away? It was the poor houndsmen last year having their sport ended. This year it is my turn.

This year is just one more step toward control of us. Wake up, Kool-Aid drinkers. They may reduce your take-home pay soon.

For me, they outlawed the use of lead bullets for hunting. That is a big deal. They used a weak-kneed and bad science excuse that lead poisons tons of game. It does not. Nothing is 100 percent safe. Nothing!

This brings me to my point. The “clean” wind turbines are killing golden eagles and other raptors. Other birds succumb to this tragic end as well. You would think that the Sacramento autocrats, good-meaning as they are, would champion the safety of this federal trust species, the golden eagle, on our behalf. A call for safety cages around all wind turbines must be put forward at once.

Where are the anti-gun, Humane Society biddies on this topic? We need you. Not!
