Messy Saturday night DUI checkpoint on West Kettleman Lane!

Our police department hasn't learned yet to clean up the ashes left on Kettleman Lane and Lakeshore Drive from the DUI flares they burn. If I left a mess like they do, I could be fined for littering. The ashes wash into Mallard Lake in addition to cluttering our nice neighborhood. Where are the police volunteers with brooms and dust pans? Is it asking too much of Lodi's finest?

This is the second letter I've written to the editor about this!
